About Gables Cricket Club

Gables Cricket Club began in 2024, born from a close-knit community called Gables in Mount Laurel. What started as a group of friends playing casually at a nearby ground quickly grew into something bigger. As we played together, we realized the potential within the group and decided to form an official team – GABLES CRICKET CLUB. What began as a single tournament entry turned into participation in two tournaments that same year. To our delight, we went all the way and won the TASJ tournament in 2024, giving us immense confidence and motivation. Building on that success, we’ve now expanded to a full-fledged team with a 30-player roster for the new season. A heartfelt thanks to Mount Laurel Township for providing us with a ground to practice, grow, and create more cricketing milestones ahead!

In 2025, Gables Cricket Club continued its remarkable journey, building on the foundation laid in our debut season. With renewed energy, teamwork, and dedication, we proudly secured two championship titles — the 2025 TASJ Tournament and the 2025 Burlington County Premier League. These victories stand as a testament to our players’ passion, discipline, and commitment to the game. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mount Laurel Township for providing us with a dedicated cricket ground, which allowed us to practice every week, refine our skills, and prepare thoroughly for each game — ultimately helping us bring home these two trophies. As we celebrate these achievements, we remain focused on continuous growth, nurturing new talent, and representing Mount Laurel with pride in every match we play.
